Friendly, efficient and will pickup and drop off for free if local. They have serviced and repaired my Mower, Strimmer and Mantis and unless you feel a need to buy a JCB i think they cover most garden petrol driven tools. But if you still need a JCB, they can probably point you in the right direction.
